- Smoking is NOT permitted in or on the property. - Sometimes we can do late check-outs and early check-ins. Just contact us the day before and we can try to accommodate. - Parking: You may park in the driveway at anytime. Parking is also allowed on the street Mon-Fri 3pm to 9am and any time during Saturday and Sunday. - Don't forget to lock the house door when you leave or come in using the key you are given. It's a two way security lock! - Parties/Events: Strictly no parties or events. - Extra Guests: Strictly no overnight guests without previous approval from host. - Pets: We allow dogs, but no cats! All pets must be disclosed and approved of before booking and check-in. - Pets: We can also do dog sitting. Just inquire through messaging if you need us to watch your pooch while you are out! - Broken Items: We understand regular wear and tear. Let us know when you arrive if you see anything that is broken! Also if something is broken during your stay let us know immediately so we can take care of it and avoid any issues! - See our house manual online for location of extra towels, toilet paper, and trash bags! - Please leave the property clean and tidy as you found it. Guest Access

I have three dedicated guest wifi networks that are yours to use. A desk is provided in the room to get work done! Coffee maker and kitchette with microwave and toaster over in room. There is also a game table and chairs in the hallway closet for your use. Smart TV is in the room along with Netflix! The house is close to walking and biking trails and if you need routes or recommendations let me know. Washer and dryer free access at a separate laundry location.

Mark was a very accommodating host. We booked very last minute and he was never leaving us hanging with questions. He went out of his way to make sure the place was clean and had everything we needed and more. It was a great location especially for a last minute get away. He was very nice, respectful, and responsive. The location of the property is a very nice location for all that Cape G has to offer.

Mark helped me and my kids have a great time viewing the eclipse. This place was perfect for that experience. It was close to food and activities and the parks. It was a really great experience and this apartment was perfect for us.

You are in walking distance to so many restaurants, campus attractions, bars, and parks. Also CarGo (Cape Girardeau's own ride share company) is available. I have included maps to the city and downtown area in the room.
